Refund policy
At ILUUM Life, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item you bought, you may return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. Once received and inspected, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement.
If you wish to return a product and request a refund, please email us at info@iluumlife.com with details of the issue and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide further instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement accordingly.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs or provide return slips.
Expiration Dates
All ILUUM Life products are sold with a minimum expiration date of 6 months. We expect customers to use the products within this timeframe. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that have expired more than 6 months after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
We Cannot Refund Any Item If:
- It is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- It is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@iluumlife.com, and we will provide further instructions.
Shipping
Before returning your product, please email us first at info@iluumlife.com, and we will provide you with the correct return address.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ILUUM Life does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
